Do you offer any discounted plans?

Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, but you would need to be at least a lite plan subscriber which starts at $19.95 per month.
Do I need another web host?
Nope. All of our Pirply plans are covered with our fully-managed, enterprise-grade, cloud hosting specifically designed for WordPress. You don’t ever have to worry about your Pirply website. We’ve got you covered!
Do you offer customer support?
Absolutely! The Pirply support team is available 24/7 by email. Our team is small but we’re very responsive. We will do our best to resolve your issues. Don’t hesitate to connect with us if you have any questions.
Do you offer email accounts?
Nope. This is actually a difficult thing to do especially when it comes to email deliverability, spam, bots, blacklist, etc. This is not our expertise. We’ll leave this to the pros.
Is there a contract?
Nope! All Pirply plans are month-to-month unless you sign up for our annual plans.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds on any of our paid plans at this time. The main reason why is because we offer a FREE plan with no commitment and no trial period. That means you can run your business for absolutely no charge. So before you think of signing up for one of our paid plans we highly suggest you give our free forever plan a spin and then make your decision. The only time we will issue a refund is if our team or platform is at fault. Our paid plans also include a 7 day free trial. We give you plenty of time to try out our platform. No credit card required to get started.
Do you sell domain names?
Nope. Not at this time. It’s definitely something we are considering. For now you can purchase your domain names at our go to domain registrar — Namecheap. We have over 100 domains with namecheap. They’re super affordable and it comes with free privacy protection (whoisguard) for life as long as you’re a customer. Yes, we’re namecheap affiliates. We get a small percentage of your purchase if you buy through our link.
Do you offer customization services?
